Rockland IT Solutions Return Policy

Not all purchases come with the same warranty and/or service level. This should be discussed prior to receiving any equipment from Rockland IT Solutions. In the event your equipment fails during initial test or anytime during the warranty period please contact your sales representative immediately. In some cases, problems can be resolved over the phone with software fixes, updates or patches. Should we not be able to fix this over the phone we will ship out a replacement same day at our expense (if product is in stock). If product is not in stock we will work with you and determine the best method of repairing/replacing.

We will gladly pay for shipping charges for any warranty returns and replacements as long as the parts we are replacing have failed under the warranty period. Should any equipment be returned without an RMA# or without consent on the sales representative we can’t be responsible for shipping charges. Same goes for equipment returned due to failure that passes our testing procedures in our depot.
